In this highly interactive workshop, participants have an opportunity to learn key concepts and skills for dealing with poor performance and helping employees improve good performance.

Developing Talent in a Diverse Workforce

This is a foundation workshop for people who have responsibility for developing talent in others (supervisors and above). Highly interactive exercises and activities help participants understand the barriers to development that exist for some employees, as well as how to help reduce those organizational barriers.

Interviewing for Hiring and Selection

This workshop uses extensive skill practice to help leaders increase their ability to conduct effective interviews for selecting the most talented candidate from a pool of applicants. Through discussion, role-play, resource/tool development, and other activities, participants increase their ability to hire the most talented individuals available from inside or outside the organization.
